Christmas Season

We have begun the Christmas season. The pictures of the boys decorating the tree unfortunately turned out blury, I'll be sure to get pictures of them removing the ornaments instead, of which they have already begun to do. Today we did some painting, #2 preferred to paint his face and stick his paintbrush up his nose and in his ear and he even gave the brush a lick or 2. Thankfully he did manage to get some of the paint on a piece of paper. #1 picked out a nutcracker at the craft store to paint. He is very proud of it too!

Thanksgiving Day

We spent Thanksgiving at Mimi and Pappy's house.  The boys enjoyed playing with all of their cousins.  The house was definitely wild with 7 kids running around...and to think there will be 8 next year at this time :)  (7 of those being boys)  We might have to purchase a wrestling mat for next year or teach them to play football.  I seem to forget to get my camera out each Thanksgiving, I did manage to snap a few pictures before everyone left, and I got some of my moms pics.

The boys decided to use their sandbox, and in it they found a cricket.  #2 decided to beat it with his shovel but by the time I got my camera out #1 had rescued it and started to bury it in the sand then pick it up and tell it to smile for the picture

Hi! We're still here, sorry for the lack of pictures, we had to send my camera away yet again for a repair.  I got it back, took pictures and I am now awaiting instructions on how to operate my new (to me) imac bday gift so I can download pictures.  So hopefully by the weekend I'll be able to put up some more pics.  We're all doing well!  #1 is pretty much potty trained :) much to my relief I was afraid I'd have 3 in diapers.  He's absolutely loving school and is learning his days of the week and talking more and more every day.  #2 is a very very busy little boy getting into everything he can and putting everything in his mouth, edible and non-edible.  baby #3 is doing good, the docs are expecting me to go early again so we could possibly have us a valentines day baby, we will just have to wait and see.  Other than that we're keeping busy doing some remodeling in the kitchen,the hubby has been busy with his job and wedding consultations, and now we're getting ready for all the holidays and birthdays that are coming up.     This is probably the most you'll see me write on here, I prefer to do the whole picture thing :)  have a great Thanksgiving

A little more fall

We took yet another trip to pinchot to take a walk and to find "treasures" #1 took along his little wagon and collected acorns, leaves, rocks, and sticks.

I took the boys out late yesterday to grab some pictures to surprise the hubby with, to my amazement the boys did exceptionally well! they even smiled for me. I'd have to say these are some of my favorite pics of the boys together that I've been able to get lately.

(I don't have a picture but #1 snuck under the fence and tried to run thankfully I moved fast enough and he didn't get far)

#1 Got a new bunk bed which he absolutely loves! #2 will be joining in the fun very soon. We can put #2's toddler bed underneath or put a mattress on the ground. It's great because it's lower to the ground than most bunk beds and it has a boyish canopy that #1 thinks is just awesome. We got him some new sheets and a his very own soft blanket like the one he had claimed from mommy and daddy,oh yeah and pillow since he decided to take daddy's the one night and wouldn't give it back. Once #2 joins in the fun we'll put up some more pics
