2nd day of Preschool

2nd day at preschool and I remembered to take the camera

waiting patiently in the hallway for his teacher to open the room (the bucket he painted all by himself)

The first thing he does is find his frog with his name on and puts it on the lily pad with his name. Supposedly by the end of may he will be able to recognize and spell his name :) He did great again today, walked in with no problems, just got mad when we had to go he wanted to stay and play. When he woke up the first thing he said to me was "school" with wide eyes. Mimi and I treated him to a lunch buffet at pizza hut for being such a big boy at his first week of preschool.

Preschool

Today #1 went to his first day of pre-school! I unfortunately forgot to take my camera so I don't have any pictures, I'll be sure to get some of his second day :) He did excellent this morning, he marched right into his class got his name tag for his cubby put his activity bucket away and off he went into playing. Although he did come back to give #2 and I our hugs and kisses. Overall his first day went well, he actually wanted to go back and play so I guess that's a good thing! I'll try and post pictures tomorrow.

We spent a late afternoon at Pinchot, the weather was nice and cool, and the boys had a blast playing outside.

Dutch Wonderland

#1 and I had the chance to go to Dutch Wonderland on monday with my brother, sister-inlaw and his 2 oldest boys. We had a great time! I think they boys most favorite part was the water park. #1 did really enjoy riding the dozers with his cousin. We're looking forward to going back many times next year. Here's a few pictures from the day...

We took the boys mini golfing for the first time yesterday. #1 did a great job, we managed to keep the golf club in his hands at all times and he even got the ball into the hole :) #2 was a great sport and observed from his stroller and was happy holding a golf club and swinging it in the air
